Candidate and job records stay on your computer and are not shared with us. To produce a system rating, the app sends the needed content to your OpenAI project. CandidTalentEdge highlights each candidate’s strengths, unknowns, and concerns to help you decide whom to interview and what to explore further. It gives you evidence to inform your judgment. The hiring decisions remain yours.
